PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS (formerly known as Player Unknown's Battlegrounds) is an online videogame in the Battle Royale genre. Developed by PUBG Studios, and published by KRAFTON, the game pits 100 players against each other, in a deathmatch with one winner per round. Released in 2017, the game quickly rose to prominence, ranking fifth place in the list of best-selling videogames of all time. The mobile version PUBG Mobile racked up over a billion downloads worldwide and is one of the best-performing games around.
