Position description
As Communications and Office Manager you are the face and the front line of the company. You are responsible for helping customers with any questions they might have, and for ensuring solutions to any problems that might arise. Behind the scenes, you support Operations in managing the daily activities needed to keep the business running, and you support Marketing in researching, developing and executing an industry-leading marketing and communications strategy.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer questions via our Helpdesk and social media pages
- Ensure customer issues are solved in a timely manner
- Work with Operations to manage daily operational tasks, like getting supplies and sending packages
- Work with Marketing to research, develop and execute marketing and communication plans
- Create content plans, content calendars and website content
Qualifications
- You are enthusiastic about videogames and art
- Read, write and talk excellent English and basic Dutch
- Bachelor degree in communications, or similar
- You are detail-oriented, ambitious and like to learn
- Work experience is a plus
- Able to work 28-32 hours/5 days per week in our office in Utrecht
