This limited edition Certified Art Giclee™ print is part of the official Fallout 4 fine art collection by Cook & Becker and Bethesda Softworks. In times of scarcity, protection of resources is everything. Finding a water tower at the centre of this ramshackle fortress thus comes as no surprise, as everyday water supply to homes and businesses is ancient history in Fallout games. In this concept sketch, Ilya Nazarov imagined more than a mere in-game location. The team needed ideas for the (new) player ability to freely craft settlements, or deconstruct them for materials, and this sketch provides exactly that.
